Construction has begun! The Harvard lot is being excavated, steel beams are being delivered, and we are even a day ahead of schedule.

A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of having world-renowned, Pritzker Prize winning architect Rem Koolhaas and his OMA partner Shohei Shigematsu attend our Audrey Irmas Pavilion groundbreaking ceremony. The night before, we were honored to have former Dean of the USC School of Architecture, Bob Harris interview both men on their vision and interpretation of this modern masterpiece they have designed for the Temple and the entire city of Los Angeles.

I hope you enjoy this brief video of what was an historic and rare conversation between two of the world’s greatest living architects discussing our beloved Temple and its next bold embrace of the future.
