Event type

What types of events may be hosted at the Audrey Irmas Pavilion?

The Audrey Irmas Pavilion permits a variety of private events like retreats, conferences, meetings, educational lectures & presentations, and more.

Please note, for profit, fundraising, and political events are not allowed at this time. If you are unsure whether or not your type of event is permitted, please reach out to a member of our team to discuss your event further.

Does the Audrey Irmas Pavilion allow weddings?

Yes. However, interfaith wedding ceremonies and/or wedding receptions are not permitted at this time. In addition, both bride and groom must be Jewish at the time of ceremony or reception.

Do I need to be a member of the Wilshire Boulevard Temple to host an event at the Audrey Irmas Pavilion?

No. The Audrey Irmas Pavilion is open and available for non-Wilshire Boulevard members.

Is there a time limit or cut off time for events held at the Audrey Irmas Pavilion?

Events may not start earlier than 8 a.m. and all events must conclude by 2 a.m.

Food and beverage

Can I bring my own caterer?

Wolfgang Puck Catering is the exclusive on-site caterer for the Audrey Irmas Pavilion and outside catering is not permitted.

What if we need a Kosher menu?

Wolfgang Puck Catering is happy to work with you on all your dietary requests and guidelines. Making our catering kitchen a Kosher facility and serving Kosher food is available upon request at an additional cost.

I have guests with dietary restrictions coming to my event; can I customize my own menu?

Yes, personalized menu options are available. We offer seasonal, and bespoke menus. Wolfgang Puck Catering is happy to provide recommendations on dishes to suit the needs of all guests in attendance, offering a diverse range of dietary friendly menu items.

Is china provided?

China, glassware, and silverware are available depending on event needs and guest count. Please note we may only guarantee up to certain number of place settings and any needs above this would incur an additional rental charge. Our catering coordinator will help guide you through equipment rental options.

Decor and event set up

What kind of décor can I bring into my event?

The Audrey Irmas Pavilion does not allow open flame, confetti, glitter, silly string, smoke machines, paint, bubbles, or sidewalk chalk.

Event decorations, including signs and meeting documents, must be standalone and cannot adhere to any surfaces by taping or tying without prior approval. Please consult your event coordinator if you have decorations in mind that may need approval.

Can I set up a tent for my event?

Tenting is allowed with prior approval on a case-by-case basis depending on location. Tenting with stakes is not allowed anywhere on the property, and any tenting must be secured with appropriate weights.

Can I bring in music or live entertainment?

Music and live entertainment are allowed so long as the sound level never exceeds 75 decibels at any time. After 9 p.m. the sound level should not exceed 65 decibels.

Amenities

What does the pricing listed on your rate sheet include?

The unique pricing listed next to each event location covers the space rental for one day, our in-house tables & chairs, security, and custodial fees. Please keep in mind that catering and special event rentals may be added at an additional cost.

Is there parking?

Parking is free of charge and available on a first come, first served bases. There are over 350 parking spaces in the parking structure with the entrance off 6th and Hobart.

Please note special provisions may apply to events with guest counts exceeding 500.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes! Wi-Fi is free of charge and may be accessed with a password on network AIPGuest.

Is AV available?

Available audiovisual equipment and support depends on your event location. Please consult with an event coordinator to determine if additional equipment will need to be purchased or rented.

A penalty of $500 or more will be charged if audiovisual equipment of the Audrey Irmas Pavilion or Wilshire Temple Pavilion is missing or damaged.

Are there printers onsite?

The printers in our administration offices are intended for staff use only. Please take care to have all necessary documents printed offsite before your event. Events in need of emergency printing will incur a service fee.

Do you have preferred vendors?

Coming Soon. We are currently developing a list of trusted vendors whom have worked with us and are most familiar with our event spaces.

Are there smoking sections at the Audrey Irmas Pavilion?

The Audrey Irmas Pavilion is a smoke-free environment.
